Combi’s case erectors combine advanced engineering with operator-friendly design to streamline your packaging process. Flat case blanks are vertically staged in an ergonomically designed, walk-in powered magazine, making reloading fast, simple, and safe.

Each case is precisely picked using vacuum cup technology and formed into a perfect square by a retracting squaring arm, ensuring a consistent and reliable setup every time. Flap folding is fully automated: a pneumatic system handles the minor flap while a rotary actuator powers the major flap mechanism for seamless, synchronized movement.

Once formed, the case glides into dual side belt drives, where it’s smoothly guided across the tape head and securely sealed with a 2-inch-wide strip of pressure-sensitive tape. The result: professionally erected cases, optimized throughput, and reduced downtime—all engineered to keep your line moving.
